Upon arrival, we were upgraded from a standard room to a deluxe suite due to being active military which we thought was an amazing gesture. The room was exceptionally clean and house keeping would leave us a message on the rooms phone if we ever had 'Do not disturb' to advise to call reception if we needed any towels or tea/coffee. The location is perfect, in a lovely area, still close to all the tourist attractions, but very quiet and this is not a 50+ floor hotel, 12 I believe, meaning no waiting around for elevators or assistance so you can spend more time sightseeing!

This was our third time to stay at this hotel. The property is well maintained. The rooms are definitely bigger than comparably priced NYC hotels. Our bed was comfortable. The a/c kept the room cool. The kitchenette is a nice touch. The closet and dresser held all our clothes for a six night stay. The walk to Grand Central Station is fairly easy for the subways. The staff was not overly friendly but professional. We ate all our meals out so I can't comment on the hotel's restaurant. We would definitely stay here again.

The room I stayed in was so clean and beautiful. Their staffs were very polite too. I had requested for a microwave to be placed in my room after I booked the hotel but unfortunately I arrived quite late for checking in so for some reason the microwave was not in my room. I called the reception and they explained to me in a polite manner that the microwaves were exhausted but they would get one for me in the morning. I highly recommend this hotel. It is worth your money.

The location was fantastic, it was convenient to walk and also near a subway station for adventuring outside the immediate area. The view of the Empire State Building was also a nice touch. Special shout out to the staff, specifically Jean, who was eager to help, and always friendly. We asked him the best way to get to the airport and he gave his advise and even booked us a ride on the spot, which made our departure on Friday completely stress free. Well done!!

Michael

We were welcomed by Drew who is a great guy! He immediately offered tips and places to go. The location is great, close to supermarkets, coffee shops and the best Taqueria ever. TACOS no 1, dont miss that. I would love to stay again at this place.
